Snowball fight gets school bus driver in hot water with law

A school bus driver in Northern Virginia has been charged with seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after she encouraged a snowball fight. Katina M. Mitchell, 34, was apparently so frazzled by the squabbling of two students that she offered $20 to anyone who would throw snowballs at one of the kids and stuff snow down his shirt.
When the 13-year-old got off the bus, seven kids took Mitchell up on her offer. The boy was not seriously injured, but his parents told authorities. Mitchell has been placed on administrative leave, the Washington Post reported. On the plus side, she never had to pay the $20.
